Terms and Conditions
The terms on which we provide this website and our dental services.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when you receive treatment at Eazzy Dental Clinic. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. This website is information only
Everything on this website is general information about the clinic and the treatments we provide. It is not dental or medical advice and it is not a diagnosis. No page here can tell you what is wrong with your teeth or what treatment you need. Only an examination at the clinic can do that.
If you are in pain, have a swelling, or have had an accident involving your mouth, call the clinic on 0713 345 700. If your breathing or swallowing is affected, go to a hospital casualty department first.
3. Appointments
An appointment is confirmed once we have agreed a time with you by phone, WhatsApp or in person. We do not take bookings through this website.
We aim to see you close to your booked time. Emergencies and treatments that run longer than expected can occasionally delay us, and we will tell you if that happens. If you cannot make an appointment, please tell us as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else.
4. Fees and payment
We tell you what treatment costs before it starts. A quote covers the treatment described at the time it was given. If an examination or X-ray shows that different or additional work is needed, we will explain that and agree the revised cost with you before continuing.
Payment is due at the clinic unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Laboratory work such as crowns, bridges and dentures may require a deposit before it is ordered.
5. Consent to treatment
Nothing is done to your teeth without your agreement. We will explain what we propose, the alternatives and the risks, and you are free to ask questions or to decline. For a patient under eighteen, a parent or guardian must give consent.
6. Your responsibilities as a patient
- Give us accurate information about your health, medication, allergies and pregnancy, because it changes how we treat you safely.
- Tell us if your medical history or contact details change.
- Follow the aftercare advice you are given, particularly after extractions and surgery.
- Attend review appointments where treatment depends on them, such as braces and dentures.
7. Treatment outcomes
Dentistry works with living tissue, so no clinician can promise a particular result or guarantee that a restoration will last a set length of time. How long a filling, crown or denture lasts depends on your oral hygiene, your bite, your diet and your general health. We will always tell you honestly what to expect.
8. Accuracy of this site
We try to keep opening hours, treatments and contact details up to date, but details can change. Please call to confirm anything you are relying on. Photographs on this site are stock images used for illustration and are not patients of the clinic.
9. Intellectual property
The Eazzy Dental Clinic name, logo and the text of this site belong to the clinic. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Please do not republish the content as your own. Photographs are licensed from their photographers through Unsplash.
10. Links to other sites
This site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Liability
We are responsible for the dental care we provide and we carry the cover our profession requires. We are not liable for loss caused by relying on this website as a substitute for an examination, or for the website being briefly unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us. Speak to reception or email info@eazzydental.co.ke and we will look into it and reply. Most issues are settled quickly once we know about them.
13. Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
